RESERVATIONS AND ITINERARY PLANNING

Our company is linked with all major and most minor airlines, hotels, and car rental companies throughout the world through the SABRE Reservations Systems. We can therefore immediately confirm any of your AIRLINE, HOTEL or CAR RENTAL booking requirements. Our travel consultants are able to plan itineraries with the most direct and economical routes. We can send you print outs of various proposed routes and schedules for your perusal and final decision.

Online Check In Assistance

PACKAGE TOURS

Our office packages tours for large groups. However, for individual passengers or small groups, we have a wide selection of tour packages offered by the airlines, by major international tour operators such as American Express, Globus, Insight, Trafalgar or regional tour operators such as Westminster or Paris Chic. Our staff is knowledgeable on all these tours and can assist the client make the right decisions.

DOMESTIC TRAVEL

We also book and ticket domestic flights as well as prepare tour packages to most tourist destinations in the Philippines. Please note that we charge a Service Fee for domestic tickets as domestic airlines give minimal commissions. This fee covers the cost of making the booking (which we have to make by phone for domestic airlines except PAL), for delivering tickets, and the costs incurred in connection with credit and collection.

DELIVERY AND PICK-UP

Our office is serviced by six (6) motorized messengers equipped with pagers and mobile phones to deliver and pick up tickets and/or documents. They are usually sent out by 9:30 A.M. and again by 2:00 P.M. However, outside of these hours, we can contact our messengers through their pagers should there be a need to deliver or pick up documents from your office. Deliveries to an office in the Makati Commercial area may be made within 30 minutes for urgent matters.

TICKETING

All tickets are prepared by our tariff-trained staff, utilizing the most economical fares applicable, in accordance with IATA regulations.

PASSPORTS

We have a trained Facilitation Officer to assist our clients obtain Philippine passports as well as the documents needed to obtain the passport such as authenticated birth certificates or marriage contracts. We also assist clients who carry foreign passports.

IMMIGRATION

We have a trained Facilitation Officer assigned specifically to attend to clients needing assistance with the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation (BID). We handle the processing of Annual Reports, Exit Clearance Certificates and Re-entry Permits, Visa Waivers and Extensions, Visa Applications and all other requirements of the BID for foreign nationals.

VISAS

Our office assists clients in processing applications for visitors’ visas to foreign countries. We have in our office visa applications to most countries as well as the documents required by each country’s visa section. Where a personal appearance of the applicant is required, our facilitation officer accompanies the client to the embassy or goes ahead to save a place in line for the client, except where this is not allowed.

INSURANCE

Our company is an accredited representative of Pioneer Insurance and Surety Corp, and Starr International Insurance Philippines and can issue travel insurance policies directly to passengers.
